We're recruiting for a Senior Real Estate Analyst...

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Real Estate Analyst to join our growing team in the GTA. 

​

Prospective candidates should possess;

​

• An interest in the Commercial Real Estate market in the GTA;

• Ability to analyze properties, generate cash flow projections and development opportunities across Southern Ontario;

• Ability to review financial and legal documents;

• Prepare market and property presentations and proposals for clients;

• Ability to work independently and diligently with attention to detail and adept in managing multiple projects whilst meeting deadlines. Must be client focused and inquisitive.
